I have for a long time tried to refinance my house under a FHA, HUD, VA
loan. But had no luck, as told to me by
the mortage brokers. I have tried to refinance without cash option. But could
not get loan without cash option. Bad credit high interst rate that I can't seem to lower. Need help.
